Applications for the need-based Opportunity Funds program are now open for Phase 1 funding. Covered expenses for Phase 1 expenses may include, but are not limited to:
· testing fees for standardized tests such as GRE, TOEFL, and SAT
· travel to/from testing centers
· university application fees
· other university application expenses
Eligible applicants for the Opportunity Funds program must have already completed a minimum of 5 months of EducationUSA advising prior to April 1, 2024. Eligible applicants must also be citizens of Turkmenistan and currently residing in Turkmenistan.

When you have completed the application, please send it via email with a scanned copy of your passport and any accompanying documents to the EducationUSA center in which you have completed your advising:
