Requirements: Participation is open and free to the best and the brightest students in grades 9 – 11; 11th grades must join by July before start of the final school year;
Strong English Language skills(English and Math skills will be tested);
Strong Interest in applying to the US schools;
Good academic standing;
Goal oriented and highly motivated;
Able to commit for the duration of the program – 10 month;

Сердар Гайыбов — выпускник FLEX’17 и UCA’18 и студент-первокурсник в Центральном колледже штата Вайоминг (CWC), недавно был опубликован в местной газете «The Sunday Ranger» как «Студент Недели». Сердар изучает специальность «Здоровье» в надежде стать врачом в будущем. Он закончил свой первый семестр курсовой работы с 3,78 баллами и был включен в список Декана в CWC. Сердар является частью группы «IDea Network of Biomedical Research Excellence (INBRE)», где он участвует в «секвенировании генома комаров Culex tarsals, основного носителя вирусов энцефалита Западного Нила».
В то же время Сердар служит в качестве посла студентов в CWC и недавно подписал контракт на игру в футбол для своего колледжа CWC. Один из его английских профессоров, доктор Тилтон, отметил, что Сердар «… выделяется в классе не только по достижениям в учебе, но и положительным влиянием… посвящающий себя обучению и удовольствию работать». Сердар очень активен как в академической, так и в общественной жизни, и отметил, что одним из его самых больших личных достижений является то, что он чувствует себя «желанным гостем, несмотря на то, что он иностранный студент … всегда найдется кто-то, кто выйдет поиграть в футбол и протянуть руку помощи всякий раз, когда это необходимо».
