Water Safety Presentation at Dashoguz American Corner

Summer time is here, and with swimming season soon to be open, water safety topic is utmost importance. On May 16th, U.S. Embassy Political Officer, John Harmon conducted
“DIY: Beaches and Beach Safety” presentation at Dashoguz American Corner.

During the presentation, he discussed variety of fun activities on the beach, shared some safety tips and provided suggestions on preventative measures. At the end, John showed an inspiring video about Bethany Hamilton, who survived a shark attack. He also answered multiple questions from the audience.

Please remember water safety rules whenever you are on the beach or at the pool and share the information with your family and friends.
