C5 +ONE (Opening Networks Through English) Program in Turkmenistan

American Councils for International Education in Turkmenistan launched the C5+ONE Program, aimed at engaging entry- and mid-level employees in government, civil society, and the private sector in the fields of energy and environment.

The program is administered by American Councils’ offices in five Central Asian Countries (Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan). Professionals will have a unique opportunity to develop their listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills through a robust series of engagements, including weekly activities, national and regional workshops, webinars, and site visits.

The program will also provide a chance to build professional networks, get access to a diversity of information and opportunities, and strengthen professional competences. The C5+ONE Program is only open to organizations that have been nominated by the U.S. Embassy in each participating country.
